    quietest exhaust

I'm new here; please give a link if this has been covered.
Got my bike a week ago; of course, love it.

I'd like to change the exhaust to the quietest possible. Recommendations? (I have touring cases, if that's a concern.)

Why quiet: I live near rural areas where most twisties wind about small farms. I don't like startling the cows and pigs and horses.

The stock should be quitest as there are already regulations.
Just drive on higher gear - lower RPM.

Do you believe that the stock exhaust is too noisy?  Are you currently frightening livestock?  I'd be surprised if the stock one was causing any problems - I'd also be surprised if you can find one that is designed to be quieter, without resorting to a custom-made system.

I have just returned from a 300 Km ride through the country side and passed lots of Farms and not a single animal was hurt or frightened as a passed near
them.  Not sure the same animals would appreciate all those noisy Harley's that they have to put up with or are you the only bike on these roads. :020:
Maybe you could just pick neutral and idle pass those frightened animals. :047: Nice one. I think you are winding us up. Well Done. :762:

I found the Stock exhaust to be the quietest, Low revs deliver the trick.
It is quiet, fits the layout of the bike and is solid.

personally, I like the stock one,

I mainly heard of people doing the other way around - Making bikes louder  :005:
