    Reviving this thread.
Yesterday I dropped my bike in autocarwash because the grill on the ground was too wide and my center stand passed through it and the bike tipped over  :087: :087: :087:
I have SW Motech guards but they didn't help and the result was the tip of the break lever broke off...
Now BMW dealer gave me price of 100 eur for new lever. On Puig I get both levers for 150 eur.

    https://puig.tv/en/tuning-motos/levers/levers-30?bike=28019&reference=&colour=

My problem is that I think chosing the golden ones but I fear that they might be differen gold tone.
    Has anyone tried them?

Check AliExpress, they got copies of the OEM levers for $40 a pair. I got a set from these guys, they look and feel exactly like the original. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002218308748.html

These are also available on Ebay here:

I had a scuff on the end of my brake lever, so I bought this set to keep the scuffed one as an emergency spare. I try to avoid knockoffs, but these appear to be exactly the same materials and assembly as the originals. When I get around to removing the original, I will weigh them both to see if there is any difference that would indicate a different alloy was used.

They arrived in 10 days to the west coast from China.

Yeah, whatever, I'm not paying 10x for the same thing.

Agreed, but I will pay 3x for something that fits correctly and works reliably over a bad fake that is prone to failure or is in some other way deficient. This doesn't appear to be one of those cases though, that's my only point.

Ty guys but i am not looking at Chinese lever. Whatever their quality may be. I am leaning more towards puig as they have foldable ones i was wondering for the colour I don't know if i am brave enough to order the golden ones as if they are too different tone it will be super ugly.

I had those V Trec levers on my MT-10 and the quality was as you would expect with them being German made and TUV approved, after 2 years the anodising still looked new and they were a nice improvement over standard.

Now you've got me thinking about a pair for the F900 :084:

    Just got these bad boys:

Made in Spain. I wasn't feeling in the mood so I asked a technician to fit them and he said it was a bit tricky because of the handguards but I payed less than 20 Euro for fitting.
Feel great. The colour isn't a perfect match but I think they are good enough.
