New F900XR
on: October 11, 2020, 09:38:52 AM
Good Morning All,

Picked up my F900XR a few days ago and really enjoying the bike, had a 600mile trip to wales a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by the bike, a great fun bike to ride apart from the known irritations, i.e. seat & screen!

Decided to change a few things straight away rather than suffer for months before changing, had the standard height screen fitted, a comfort seat and a rear luggage rack.

Much better in my opinion.

Are these photos before or after. Looks like the sport screen.

Hi,

To be honest Iíve only done 50 miles since Iíve had the comfort seat but first impressions it does seem more comfortable, however the first thing I did notice is that you are that little bit higher, it might that I just need to get used to it but the oriigional seat was probably a better height for me and felt like you were sitting in the bike rather than on it.

Hopefully I can get out this weekend and give you a further update.

Hi Man,

So...? How's the seat? are you enjoying it? how much different from the stock one?
