I bought it with the comfort and dynamic package.
Βut I read that there is a red chip that you put in a plug under the seat and you can buy it as an extra.

No need to have the red chip any more for the 2021 models (Dynamic pro can be activated by menu item).

But you need the rider mode pro package fitted on the bike, which is available as an extra. If not included in your original setup, you can order an upgrade for your bike.

It's impossible for many of us to tell you what is supposed to be in the package you bought since they are different in many countries.  If you think your bike was supposed to have Riding Modes Pro, then you need to talk to your dealer and find out why you only have Rain and Road.  Even the 2020 bikes that used the chip still had the Dynamic riding mode available before installing the chip.
