Looking to install the progressive springs from Hyperpro as I did the same on my F800 with good results. However then I think back to the first 1500 miles riding around the Pico’s in northern Spain and how well the stock TE handles I’m wondering if it’s worth the expense TBH… but if anyone has installed something a little more complex would be keen to hear experiences…!

Pretty sure Andreani makes a kit.  My XR was had a custom kit made by Traxxion and I'm sure they could do one for the R as well.
It's not an easy DIY since you'll have to remove the lug from the lower leg on the non-damper side.
